* Wet the cooling towel with clean cold or warm water
* Wring gently or squeeze out the water(until no dripping)

Care Tips:

* Simply reactivate the cooling by snapping when towel still wet, or repeating the above 3 steps
* Salt will reduce the towel’s evaporation and cooling rate. If you are sweating a lot, rinse the ‘salty water’ out from time to time. And do not soak towel in saltwater or seawater
* Please do not wash the cooling towel with bleach or softener, it will reduce the cooling effect or cause fading
* Clean it and dry it thoroughly before you store it for a long time.
